Acceptance of Terms By accepting a quote, you agree to and accept the terms and conditions of NP Softhub Solutions Pvt Ltd. Acceptance can be verbal, by email, payment of initiation, or signing a quote.

Client Responsibilities Clients must ensure that all requirements are included in the quotes/proposals/estimates and that we fully understand their requirements. Any discrepancies that arise later may incur additional costs.

Service Delivery We make every effort to complete the project/changes within the agreed timeframe. Delays at the client’s end may affect the project timeline and incur additional costs.

Modifications and Changes Any modifications requested during development or after Go-Live approval will incur additional charges. All additional work beyond the initial estimates is charged separately.

Intellectual Property NP Softhub Solutions Pvt Ltd retains ownership of all software codes (excluding open source software) created during the project. These codes can be provided to the client for an additional cost, for use or modification solely for the specified client or legal entity.

Hosting and Domain Services Hosting charges and domain registration/renewal costs are not included in the project quotes unless stated otherwise. NP Softhub Solutions Pvt Ltd can organize appropriate hosting solutions if required.

Third-Party Components Depending on the functionalities required, there may be third-party components involved in building a website or application. Any limitations of these components are beyond our control, and their costs are not included in our quotes.

Testing and Support Our websites/applications are tested on recent versions of browsers like IE, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. If additional testing on other devices or browsers is required, it should be discussed in advance.

Termination and Refunds There are no refunds for any fees related to monthly maintenance packages. Clients may terminate ongoing maintenance packages with written notice, subject to terms.
