  • Service Cancellation If a project is canceled by NP Softhub Solutions Pvt Ltd due to unforeseen circumstances, clients are eligible for a full refund of any payments made for the undelivered portion of the service.
  • Non-Refundable Services Certain services, including domain registration, hosting fees, and third-party service costs, are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
  • Refund Process All refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 30 days of receipt. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Modifications and Additional Work Any additional work or modifications requested beyond the original agreement will be billed separately and are not eligible for refunds.
